Here, you can find manuals about using the pools (capacity) function, and how to set up your online shops.

Pools (Managing capacity)
Within the Pools section, you can manage your event’s capacity. For example, if you created a hypothetical event, where you were selling 200 tickets for the standing area, and 100 VIP tickets, you would need to create two pools:
- Regular tickets (at a capacity of 200)
- VIP tickets (at a capacity of 100)
You can create tickets in the shops function. When creating a ticket, you choose from which pool you want to use the capacity.
If you are not concerned with how the ticket sales are distributed, you can create a single pool with 300 tickets for sale. The tickets are then purchased with no fixed allocation for either general or VIP tickets. This could lead to a combination such as 280 regular ticket sales and 20 VIP tickets sales, or 250 VIP and 50 regular tickets, or another combination of 300 total ticket sales.
When you click on a pool, you will see the tickets per shop and how many you sold:
In the case of a placed event, the pools are created automatically based on the floor plan. You can create a pool yourself for unplaced tickets.
