Note: Only the Owner of the organisation can change the payments.
First, open your organisation management. You can open organisation management by clicking on the name of your organisation in the top right corner of your dashboard, and then choose the gearwheel:
You can also open the dashboard and go to the organisations you are allocated.
Payment service providers
You can set your Payment Service Provider (PSP). Unfortunately, if a ticket has been sold, it is no longer possible to change the PSP.
You can set which payment methods you want to use, and can also override this via the dashboard. The payment methods and chosen currency applies to your entire organisation:
Requested attendee information
You can set fields in the attendee’s profile which should be mandatory, optional, or hidden. You can adjust the fields by an account with 'owner' rights under organisation settings in the dashboard. You can read more here.
Phone number, e-mail address, first name and last name are always mandatory fields. If you set another field to 'mandatory', this will be shown with a * so that the visitor can see which fields are mandatory and optional. If you set a field to ‘hidden’, it will not appear.
