Mollie
Once your Mollie account is live, you can navigate to Developers > API keys to find your personal 'Live API key' (or click here), and then implemented in your organisation. Find out how to do that here.
Payment methods
You are in charge of the different kinds of payment you would like to offer. This concerns payment options throughout your organisation - so all of the events under your organisation will provide the same options. On the left side of your Mollie dashboard, go to Settings > Website profiles, click 'Payment methods' and choose which one is switched on or off. (Or go to website profiles here directly.)
Viewer account
Since we are handling a big chunk of your ticket support, we encourage you to grant Jeike permission to "view" your account. We often get questions about payments - which you can find in your Mollie dashboard. If you would prefer to not give Jeike access to your account, we will have to forward those questions to you.
How to add Jeike
On the left, in your Mollie dashboard, you will find 'Settings' (under Notifications). From here please choose 'Team' (or click here). Choose the option 'Add Member'. Use the following email address: admin@jeike.io and select the kind of permission. 'Viewer' is the most limited and will only be used to help with any payment issues you may have - for example, if you would like us to process any refunds - you can give us 'Support' permission.
Stripe
Once your Stripe account is live you can insert the keys into your Jeike organisation. On the left-hand menu choose Developers > API keys to find them (or click here).
The Jeike dashboard will ask for two keys:
API-key = Secret key in Stripe.
Public API key = Publishable key in Stripe.
Payment methods
At the moment, it's not possible in Stripe to choose which payment methods you want to offer yourself. All of the options will be offered in euro and in other currencies only (credit)'cards'. You do have to switch all the methods to 'Active' manually in your Stripe account.

Important: Stripe payment check
It is not possible for Jeike to double-check the Stripe keys. It is essential to test the payment first before you go live. You can do this by creating a test event or test ticket of at least €0,50 and then purchase a ticket yourself. After that, also double-check if your Stripe webhook is live: https://dashboard.stripe.com/webhooks.
Viewer account
