Adding terms & conditions and privacy statement
During the ordering process it is possible to show two opt-ins to the customer:
- Terms and conditions (mandatory for the customer to proceed with the order)
- Privacy statement (optional for the customer)
Adding
The Owner within your organisation can add this in the organisation management under the tab 'Organisation'. If you enter a legal name, your legal name will become the organisation name in the standard text that is displayed to make visitors agree to your terms and conditions. You can also overwrite this. In that case, your text will be displayed and then a direct link to the uploaded PDF.
Organisation management
As described here, every dashboard user can have a different role (Hyperlink to User Role). Only the Owner of an organisation can view organisational management and make adjustments.
Within organisational management, the Owner of the organisation can:
- Add a privacy statement and general terms and conditions.
- Manage the payments: Add the PSP if no sale has taken place yet. Read more here.
- Add new users to the organisation by sending an invitation to colleagues.
- Set which profile fields attendees must/can fill in when they buy a ticket.
You can open organisation management by clicking on the name of your organisation in the top right corner of your dashboard, and then choose the gearwheel:
User roles
Each user of the Jeike dashboard has a role. The role determines what pages and fields you can see and adjust.
Owner: The owner of the organisation can view and adjust everything in the dashboard.
Admin: Someone with the Admin role cannot edit the organization data (Think of privacy statement, payment methods and adding new users). The rest of the functionalities are available to the admin.
Cashier: The cashier can view, sell and immediately scan tickets and blocks via the dashboard. A cashier cannot run reports and/or create events. However, the cashier does have insight into the number of tickets scanned via the dashboard.significant
Kiosk Cashier: The kiosk cashier can view and sell tickets and blocks without scanning them via the dashboard. The kiosk cashier also has no insight into the tickets already checked.
Finance: Someone with the finance role can run reports on capacity and revenue (not the attendee’s exports). Someone from finance cannot create or modify events, sell or modify tickets.
Scanner Manager: The scanner manager can run reports that provide insight into the capacity. They can look up and check-in visitors via the dashboard. In addition, the dashboard offers insight into the number of tickets scanned.
Viewer: A viewer can view the sale of an event, but only based on numbers. There are no reports to run and nothing to edit.
For the exact distribution of the functionalities and access to the role, check the attachment.
Adding new users to your organisation
Note: Only the Owner of the organisation can invite new users.
First, open your organisation management. You can open organisation management by clicking on the name of your organisation in the top right corner of your dashboard, and then choose the gearwheel:

Add users
Within your organisation, click on 'users & roles'. You will now arrive at an overview of all employees in your organisation. By clicking on 'Invite user' on the right, you can send an email to a colleague with an invitation to create a user for this dashboard.
Note: there can be several colleagues with the same role.
The person you have invited will receive an email in their mailbox. If they already have an existing Jeike account, he/she can log in. Otherwise, they can create an account via the 'Sign up' button:
