Assign an attendee to a specific seat
When you organise a seated event, you will find your seating map under 'Seating'. You can select, adjust, or remove holds and (auto)place attendees. Read more about blocks here.
Assign seats
In the Overview section, you will find the 'assign' button in the left-hand corner. With this button, you can manually assign seats to an attendee when attendees need to be seated on a specific seat, or your fans bought tickets in different payment orders but wish to sit next to each other. Assigning different payment orders to be seated next to each other is only possible if the fan communicates the information to the event organiser, before finalising the seating map.
Choose ‘Assign’ and type the name or phone number of the attendee. If the attendee does not show up, this attendee may be already assigned a different seat. If so, select ‘show assigned’ to show the attendees who have allocated seats.
When you assign someone a seat, the seat will become marked in the colour of the rank, and show a lock.
