      General Event Management

When managing your event, you will find the different areas to enter data divided into several tabs. When you open an event and click on 'Manage', you start with the 'general' tab.

Here you can submit the general specifications of the event, such as the title, times, location, cover photo and information about the event.

All information entered here can be seen by the customer on the sales page under the ‘Info’ button.

      Cover photo

Your fan will see your cover photo in two locations:

      • Firstly, as a background of your shop when you link to the Jeike website. If you embed the shop on your website, your fan will see no background.
      • In the attendee’s ticket wallet, after purchasing a ticket:

      Days

Events that are scheduled for more than one day are automatically recognised, and will be presented differently than single-day events. You will find this communicates the date more clearly in the shop, e-mails and app:

You can choose to show the end date as the previous day, which can be useful, for example, at one-day events that last past midnight. In theory, these would be multi-day events:

      Time

If you choose the same time for ‘Opening time’ and ‘Starting time’, your fan will only see the start time displayed within the event info.
