Under the Manage tab > Advanced, you will find various settings that you do not need to change that often. We will explain them briefly.
Sharing tickets
A visitor can share tickets with another visitor (read how that works). There are three options to set around sharing. You set this per event:
- Share via a QR code
- Don't share
For live streams, ticket sharing is not automatically available to protect access provided to the ticket buyer and not replicated. For example, if your fan purchases two tickets, they can also invite two other people. So, together with the buyer, three attendees can have access to the stream.
For physical events (unseated and seated), the automated setting is to 'share via a QR code'. For this, visitors must meet. We find this is the safest way to share tickets.
Order confirmation email

Offline scanning
Visitors need a working internet connection to have the ticket scanned. When having an internet connection is not possible, you can set an offline QR code at a busy stadium; by default, the offline feature covers 10 minutes.
