If you have looked up the attendee, you will see several buttons which you can use. Within this article, we explain all of these buttons.
Verify
You can check the visitor’s identity by sending out a SMS code. Use the button ‘Verify’. The customer will receive a four-digit code, which you can check. After you checked the identity, you can print the tickets of the attendee or give manual access through the dashboard.
If you click on this button, you will be given the option of resending emails to the visitor. You can send the email to the address of the account or change the email address.
If the visitor wants to change their email address, he/ she must do this in his personal account.
Add attendee
Attendees can share their tickets with each other (read more about groups here). It is possible to add a participant to a group via the dashboard. You only need the mobile number of the new attendee to do so.
Print tickets
If you click on 'print tickets' you will receive a static QR code of the entire order. This is 1 QR code that can contain multiple tickets. If you print this QR code, the tickets on the visitor's phone also remain valid. However, if one of the two tickets are scanned and checked in, the other will no longer work.
Batch action
Under the button 'Batch action' you will find various actions that you can perform for one or more tickets. First, check the boxes of the tickets for which you want to act, then click on Batch action and then on the action you want to perform. The options are listed below:
- Check-in / undo check-in:
Here you can check-in (scan) the ticket or undo the check-in.
- Print tickets:
Here, you can print single tickets instead. Every ticket gets their own QR code.
- Edit name on the ticket:
Edit the note. This is only visible in the dashboard.
- Convert:
This allows you to convert a ticket to another ticket. Read more: converting tickets.
- Invalidate:
With this you can invalidate a ticket. Read more about invalidate tickets here.
