      • Blockchain Ticketing

Making Ticketing Transparent, Honest and Fair for Everyone

      • 100%

Tickets protected from duplications and inflated resale prices.

        10-25%

        Increased ticketing revenue per event.

      • What is Blockchain?

        More Than Bitcoin

Blockchain is known as the technology that powers Bitcoin. But its uses go far beyond cryptocurrency.

Blockchain makes it easy to transfer unique data and information between devices without being copied. Blockchain does this by using a database where every transaction of a single ticket is registered - preventing ticket duplication.

      • Why Blockchain?

A Level of Security No Other Technology Can Offer

Blockchain can do everything your ticketing needs it to do. Already adopted by global businesses, the technology stores and transfers value at a level of security not possible with other technology.

JEIKE Ticketing encourages fans to share information, giving you an immediate update on fan data and providing the necessary transparency.

      • How Does Blockchain Work?

When a fan buys a ticket from you, the blockchain creates a network that makes the process straightforward. By organising transactions into a collective data structure, each block is chained to a previous block. Each new block uses data from the previous block to create a timestamp and provide transactional data. Using a cryptographic link between the blocks makes them tamper-proof.
        1

        Fan Purchases Ticket

        Block One:

The first block created is when your fan buys a ticket. There is a sharing of data between the fan and you as well as a timestamp confirming the fan's purchase of your ticket.

        2

        Fan Receives Ticket

        Block Two:

The second block is created when your fan receives the ticket. The fan has access to their ticket and you automatically receive full details of your fan's data.

        3

        Fan Attends/ Fan Resells Ticket

        Block Three:

The third block gives you transparency if your fan was able to attend or resold their ticket. If the ticket was resold you can collect the information from the fan who purchased from them at a price you set.

        4

        Fan Buys Again

        Block Four:

If the fan purchases again you will have complete transparency of their purchase history on any digital platform, including tickets, merchandise, pre-ordered food and beverage and any other products you sell online.

      • What Problems Does Blockchain Solve?

Connect Your Insights and Digital Assets in One Easy-to-Use Platform

        Digital Assets

We use digital assets without even realising. From buying online tickets or merchandise to using passwords or taking pictures on our phones. For your digital assets to be valuable, it needs to be more than just a piece of data.

With JEIKE Tickets, you get transparency over who owns and how they interact with all of your digital assets, giving you the insights to manage your assets in a single platform, identifying new ways to promote, sell or exchange them.

        Control

To have value over your digital assets it is important to have control over how they are created, managed and sold. Without your control, it can become easy for your tickets or merchandise to be faked or sold at inflated prices.

With JEIKE Tickets, you have full control of your digital assets. If you sell tickets or merchandise, you have full transparency of your fan's data, connected to your CRM, so you know exactly who is buying your tickets and how they behave across all of your digital assets.

        Communication

With the data you can gather from JEIKE ticketing, you can develop personalised communications tailored to your fans based on their behaviours with your digital assets. If your fan buys merchandise online, you can tailor promotions around your merchandise or upselling tickets. If your fan buys tickets after a social media promotion you can tailor promotions to other fans for tickets or merchandise on social media.

With a CRM or email integration, you can easily access and view the communication details of your fans. Re-engage with your fans quickly to send future offers, or develop analytics to better understand purchasing behaviours and improve sales tactics.

        Event Ticketing

It is common for traditional ticketing companies to keep data and promotions for themselves. When your fans buy tickets, existing ticketing companies start promoting other events related to your event to keep the customer engaged with them instead of you.

With JEIKE Tickets, you have total control of your event ticketing promotions. If you want to sell more tickets to your event, you have the full data to do so. If you want to send in-app notifications to your fans, you can do it quickly and easily.

        Loyalty

If you want to engage fans in a loyalty campaign, you can manage it directly through a single application. From creating new digital assets, including memberships, to rewarding fans who regularly buy tickets with multi-event promotions, you can do so seamlessly.

Using the JEIKE Tickets platform to reward loyalty, you can control and oversee your digital assets to recruit new partners and increase your membership reach.

        Sponsor Activation

When recruiting new partners, you will have full transparency of data to design commercial campaigns to activate your sponsors. If you want to engage fans to associate a brand with your organisation, or to offer a sales-driven campaign to encourage new partners to work with you, you can manage everything through the JEIKE Tickets platform.

Send in-app notifications to your fans to encourage in-event purchases from your partners, or encourage your fans to engage before or after your event to increase the value you can offer.

      • Blockchain Fundamentals

The Technical Terms That Are the Fundamental Elements of Blockchain Ticketing

        A Distributed Ledger

A ledger is a record of who has owned an individual ticket.

Each person in the blockchain has full visibility of an identical copy of the ledger, and whenever an action is taken each participant in the ledger can see real-time updates. All transactions that are recorded in the ledger are transparent and can be viewed at any time. The ledger makes it easy for you to:

        • See how your digital assets are traded

        • Keep up-to-date records of transactions across multiple sites, countries, and continents

        Nodes

A node is computer software that stores a full version of the ledger.

In a Blockchain network, all nodes are connected with each other and constantly exchange the latest information for up-to-date record keeping. Nodes are responsible for maintaining and updating the ledger.

Nodes check if a transaction is genuine and eliminates any bots or automated purchasing software from buying your tickets in bulk to resell at a higher price.

        Cryptography

        Public-key cryptography authorises transactions.

When your fan buys a ticket, they will be given a unique wallet - all accessible via the JEIKE app. The wallet holds the public-key cryptography, authorising transactions and encrypting information that is personal to your fan.

Only your fan will have access to the wallet, protecting their personal data.

        Consensus Mechanisms

Blockchains are decentralised, which means there is no central authority to approve the addition of new information to the ledger.

Enter the consensus mechanism. A series of algorithms used to update the ledger and add new blocks to the chain. The consensus mechanisms determine how new transactions are added, and who adds them.

While a normal system will involve processing payments through banks, and possibly paying bank charges, a consensus mechanism involves purchasing the cryptocurrency which is then changed back into the national currency. The process is simultaneous, you and your fan won't know the difference, but it will eliminate the need to process a payment through banks and saves you fees.

        Smart Contracts

A smart contract can automatically approve the exchange of assets when the terms of the contract are met, automating various business processes, for example, processing refunds.

Since they are supported by a ledger, smart contracts also benefit from being easy to audit and verify. The feature removes the need for trusted intermediaries, speeds up the settlement of contracts, and lowers losses due to fraud or arbitration costs.
